Promotion Description
Contest begins January 21, 2013 and ends January 25, 2013. Contest valid at Nekoosa Port Edwards State Bank’s Nekoosa location only, located at 405 Market St, Nekoosa, WI. Contestant to enter 5-digit number into the safe. Five-digit number must be supplied by the contestant. If the 5-digit number guessed by the contestant matches the pre-determined 5-digit number, the contestant is to win a New Car. One chance per person, per day. Limited to the first 700 chances. 1 in 14 chances to win alternate prize to be determined by Nekoosa Port Edwards State Bank. Must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Confirmation of the winning 5-digit number is at the sole discretion of Nekoosa Port Edwards State Bank, and any decisions made are final. Only one grand prizewinner will be allowed throughout the duration of the contest. Prizes not transferable and no substitutions of prizes are permitted. Federal, State, and Local taxes and any expenses related to the acceptance and use of a prize whether specified or not, is the responsibility of the prizewinner. No purchase necessary.
Eligibility
All Contestants must be Eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and their immediate families (as defined as biological, foster or adoptive parent, stepparent, a biological, foster or adoptive child, step child or legal ward or a person whom the employee has (or had during the person’s youth) daily responsibility and financial support, current or former spouse, father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter) and any other promotional or marketing companies involved in the promotion are not eligible to participate. Also, any member(s) of the Employee(s) immediate household are not eligible.

Nekoosa Port Edwards State Bank is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission or communication; technical or mechanical malfunctions; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; errors in these Official Contest Rules or in any contest-related materials; failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by equipment programming used in this contest, human processing error or otherwise. Nekoosa Port Edwards State Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the contest at any time or to void any and all entries of an entrant who Nekoosa Port Edwards State Bank believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this contest.
By participation, all contestants grant full permission to Nekoosa Port Edwards State Bank, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors and employees to use the entrant’s name, likeness, voice, photographs, videotaped footage, and biographical data, in whole or in part, in any and all media, for the purpose of advertising, publicity, and trade. All contestants further agree to the use of their name and likeness for such purposes without limitation and without compensation whatsoever, except where prohibited by law.
By participation, contestants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Nekoosa Port Edwards State Bank, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors and employees from any liability, claims or damages arising out of their participation in this promotion/contest and the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize.
This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Prizewinners agree to be bound by those official contest rules.
